The Eden brand is what keeps me shopping at this site. They are easy to tear off, but if you are like me, you will pre-cut them and put them back in for ease of eating later. The taste is good and the effect is what I would expect for the dosage listed. I am sad that the 30mg varieties appear to no longer be made, but I can use these and the 10mg to get my optimum dosage.
